Mr.K.T.Thomas |
|
Mr.K.T.Thomas currently works in the senior management
cadre with the Kerala's top Dairy Brand Company. A
graduate in Dairy Technology with distinction and second
rank from the Gujarat Agricultural University, Anand, he
also possesses post graduation in Management from the
Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA). Trained by
the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), Mr.Thomas had
beem the member of the Spear Head Team deputed to kerala
to implement the operation Flood Dairy Development project
and had been instrumental to the set up and grooming up of
his current organization. Subsequently, he was associated
with the swiss-aided North Kerala Dairy Project. With the
experience of over 25 years in the Dairy Sector heading
various Dairy Plants as well as handling Dairy Marketing,
he had also served as a consultant to the Indo Swiss
Project Orissa (ISPO). Trained in Dairy Marketing under
the cranfield University, UK, Mr.Thomas had also visited
leading dairy establishments in the UK, France and
Netherlands. |

Dr. MA Binu |

Dr. MA
Binu is currently a human resource strategy and systems
consultant with a reputed US multinational design company.
In his earlier assignments he initiated, set up and
managed the human resources of Reliance Infocomm,
coordinated corporate human resources for 18 of Reliance's
venture companies, and set up and managed Asia's largest
software training facility for Tata Consultancy Services.
He also worked with HP - USA/UK/Germany on an Organisation
building exercise. In addition he has worked extensively
on Human Resource restructuring and Organisational
Development consulting assignments on projects funded by
ILO, UNICEF, WWF, Ministry of HRD and Caritas India. He is
a Ph.D in Human Resources, under UGC fellowship, in the
area of Organisational Commitment. |

Mr.Pramod Shirodkar |

Mr.Pramod Shirodkar is currently working as Corporate Chef
with a reputed catering company based at Mumbai. Being a
Hotel Professional for last 32 years, he was closely
associated with Taj group of hotels, Hilton group,
Ambassador Flight Kitchen, Albert Abala Group, Oman
Catering and Taj Sats. Being highly creative with
significant project management skills he brings a
practical as well as strong business development, Plant
improvement and cost saving for hotel and catering
industry. His experience includes developing wide range of
food products as well as food safety and quality
management (HACCP, ISO22000) |
